Just a short note to say thank you.
Brides of Melbourne was the store my cousin went to over 10 years ago. So of course I wanted to have a look. I live in Mildura so we had to travel to try on dresses. BoM set an appointment to meet my times and the website was great to look over for some ideas. We found the most amazing dress Julia (Wendy Mankin). Over the following months I was able to pay over the phone which was so helpful and then I was able to book in a time that suited me to be able to travel and get the adjustments done over a 24 hour period. Your girls that did my adjustments were so amazing (Allison I think) and made the dress fit me like a glove. The dress looked even better than when I first tried it on. My new husband was blown away by the dress and how beautiful I looked. I am not a dress girl so it was beyond perfect. Not only was my husband blown away just so where all the guests and on lookers. I was very happy to say that my dress came from Brides of Melbourne. Your service meant that no request was too big or small. Thank you Thank you thank you. For one very special day I was just as beautiful on the outside as I feel on the inside.

I just wanted to email you to say a huge thank you [to Eleanor] for all the work you put into my dress fittings. You were always helpful, calm and kind.
The team at BoM is fantastic! I'm so happy that my dress (Wendy Makin - Naomi) made it out of the QLD floods safe and sound, there really was no other dress for me! The dress was very light on a HOT summer's day and so easy to dance in! I had so many compliments on such a beautiful dress - not the traditional "princess" dress - and many said they'd never imagined such a dress before but prefer the style now. I really can't thank you enough!

You and the team at Brides of Melbourne have made me feel so welcome and spoiled over the last 18 months! No other store has offered the same quality of service as yours and from the moment we walked in on the first day I really felt looked after and that nothing was too much trouble.
I’m particularly thankful to your alterations team for the last minute adjustment to the skirt, this could have been any bride’s worst nightmare but as soon as I was greeted by your Allison I was instantly put at ease and didn’t panic at all.

Gown: Julia by Wendy Makin

Just a note to say thank you for your work on my dress in the lead up to my April 18th wedding. I very much appreciated your patience with my choices and then so much attention was given to the fitting of my dress. It was a new style (Wendy Makin's 'Julia') with beaded lace, which needed numerous adjustments. Allison particularly was attentive and accommodating. In the end I felt beautiful and confident.

I just wanted to send a small note to say a very big thank you for all your staff's support and advice in helping me pick and create my dream wedding dress.
